Hi, i gotta say really glad people like you are kind enough to share your experiences of keloid. I myself have been suffering from keloid for 6 years. I got a total of 4 separate keloids, size of mm's, in the center of my chest, which resulted from ingrown hair. In the last two years, i finally found a doc that had a treatment that didnt require me to go for monthly shots. He uses a kenalog and 5 fu combo shot that helped them go flat for at least 9 months, but they result in darken skin (ive got pale asian skin. However, i am a person who enjoys working out and everytime I workout my pecs i can occasional feel them burning, as if a constant reminding that they can come back with a vengence, as in angrier,redder, and bigger. Every now and then im plagued with anxiety of them forever being there, and everytime i end up depressed about them I find myself scouting the web for trx. It thanks to blogs like yours and Vicky showing how you keep pushing through that get me out of my head and relax. Thanks a bunch!
